Direct Primary Care or “DPC” is a model of health care delivery in which enrolled members pay a set monthly fee for quick and convenient access to a broad scope of direct primary care services. These services are provided by a personal physician, who creates health plans specifically for you.

In contrast to the “fee-for-service” payment system common to most health insurance plans, DPC does not discourage patient access to care they need by charging copays and deductibles each time they access care. When getting care at a SolidaritUS Health Center, for example, or online through a telemedicine visit with your personal SolidaritUS Health physicians, you will never need to reach into your pocket for a credit card or cash.

SolidaritUS Health doctors are personally responsible for providing a broad scope of direct primary care services to as few as ¼ the number of patients seen by a typical primary care doctor in the standard fee-for-service insurance system. That means SolidaritUS Health direct primary care doctors have the time to get to know their patients, provide high-quality care that meets their needs, understand their individual health goals, and coach their patients to achieving them.

SolidaritUS Health is not an insurance product. We will coordinate your care with the hospital or specialist of your choice, if you need it, but your SolidaritUS membership does not cover the cost of hospitalization or specialist care.
